Submission of Accepted Manuscripts
If your manuscript has been accepted, please follow the instructions for submission of final files, posted here.

AUTHOR AREA

Contents and Page Allocations
The special issue promises to be very exciting! A full 36 papers are on the preliminary
issue contents. The absolute page limit for the special issue is 360 pages. Page allocations for each author are 8 pages unless otherwise specified. Some selected papers, dealing with review or tutorial material, have been allocated additional pages. Because of the large number of papers expected to be submitted, and the absolute 360-page limit for the issue, it is essential that you keep within your page allocation.
Estimating Paper Length:
When estimating the length of your paper, please use the following rough rule of thumb: 2 pages of double-spaced manuscript equals 1 page of final copy. This is only a rough guide; hopefully, we will get a better estimate at some point, but for now, please use the rule of thumb.

Schedule
Authors: please be advised that there is a strict schedule for the submission of your manuscript. The dates on the schedule should be considered hard deadlines. Papers not accepted by the Deadline for Acceptance (23 August) may still be published in a regular issue of JASTP if they are eventually accepted. This strict schedule has been established because the most common complaint by authors of papers in meeting proceedings is that publication is excessively long, because some authors do not submit their papers on time.

Language
Only manuscripts written in good grammatical English will be published in the journal. Those whose command of the English language is not optimal should be advised to have their manuscript checked for language problems before it is submitted for review. This will hopefully minimize the extra burden on potential reviewers and Guest Editors. To ensure a smooth review process that keeps within the schedule, please thoroughly proof-read your manuscript!
